All of your assets are in your Vault. Inside the Vault are separate folders for your templates and assets. The Templates folder contains the design templates that we have created during the duration of your collaboration with us.
The folder names in your Vault correspond to a certain ticket request that you filed in the past. To find older assets, determine the ticket request number that contains the asset. You can do this by reviewing the closed or resolved tickets in your dashboard. Just go to the Ticket page, then in the dropdown arrow next to Open and Pending, choose Resolved or Closed.
Once you determine the correct ticket request number, go back to the Vault and look for the folder with that name.
