To change the email address associated with your account, you can send a request to us by clicking the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of the homepage. Please indicate the email address that you would like to use instead in your message. Upon receiving your request, we will review it and make the necessary changes. Once we are done, we’ll send you a notification.  

Meanwhile, to change the password associated with your account, go to your Content Crop portal and click “Sign In.” At the Sign in page, click the “Forgot Your Password?” button. This will redirect you to a page where you will be asked to give your email address. Then, we are going to send you a password reset email. Once we receive your request, we will send you a password reset email.
