Where to Find Final Files

We will submit your assets to you via email. You can check the ticket thread on your dashboard to view this update. To do that, just click the View Your Requests button on the homepage and select the ticket number that you want to review. 

You can also find your final files in the Vault. The folders in your Vault are named ClientName_TicketNumber. So just look for the folder with the latest ticket request number in it.
